How do I return an item?

We sell quality products at reasonable prices, and strive to give our customers 100% satisfaction.

If you believe you have received a defective item, we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you. The item MUST be returned in its original box with ALL components it contained. All items are inspected according to the condition in which they were shipped. Returns are normally processed within 5-10 business days after we have received your item.

Refunds can only be issued in the form of an online store credit within 14 days of shipped date. Unfortunately, shipping is non-refundable and cannot be applied for online store credit.

NO RETURNS ON SALE/SPECIAL PRICE/CLEARANCE ITEMS. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
